Evolution exhaust system for BMW 1 Series M Coupé

Akrapovic has finally released an official video of the exhaust system for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe. The complete lineup for the BMW 1M includes a slip-on system, Evolution system, carbon fiber tail pipes, wireless kit and down pipe.

The systems do not only deliver more power and torque, but also give the car a more spectacular sound. In addition, the power is more balanced and the car responds more directly. The Evolution system delivers +20hp and a weight saving of over 20kg.

Video: BMW X6 M Vorsteiner

Vorsteiner has released new details about their styling package for the BMW X6 M.

First and foremost, the tuner installs an aerodynamic body kit which consists of a vented hood, a CFRP front spoiler, a carbon fiber diffuser, and a carbon fiber deck lid spoiler. Other goodies include matte black accents and 22-inch wheels with Michelin PS2 tires.

Under the hood, the unmodified twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 produces 555 hp (408 kW) and 500 lb-ft (678Nm) of torque. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds, before hitting a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).

How to build a BMW Z4 GT3 in 600 hours

This is the documentation video of a BMW Z4 GT3 being assembled. The car arrived from the manufacturer to the workshop in pieces and it took us 600 hours to put everything together.

BMW ships the car out in boxes and it's up to the proud new owner to put it together. Swedish race crew, Team West Coast Racing, did just that. The entire build took them 600 hours and they kept a camera rolling during that period. A time-lapse video captures the action as bare chassis becomes complete racer. 600 hours is 25 days, and 25 days is a long time to wait in between track sessions. In this case, the wait seems worth it and you can see the build video for yourself

MET-R BMW X6 Interceptor

Russian Tuner MET-R has released a program for the BMW X6, called the Interceptor. The package is available in two versions; base and carbon.

It includes a new front bumper, a revised grille, a rear spoiler, a rear diffuser, modified side sills, wheel arch extensions and massive BBS wheels.
