Active Autowerke has a wide array of products available for all BMW models ranging from early E36 models to the new E9X M3. Whether you want a simple bolt on upgrade or the full Force Induction Package, Active Autowerke has it all.

Active Autowerke has recently expanded on their signature Line including Short shift Kits and their world renown Exhaust systems. Like the new E46 M3 High Flow Exhaust.

Designed specifically for the E46 M3, the all-stainless Active Autowerke Generation 4 is the most innovative cat-back exhaust to date from Active Autowerke. Its precision-tuned straight-thru design with in line resonators offers an incomparable combination of power, sound and styling. Well suited to both naturally aspirated and supercharged vehicles, this new and revolutionary design employs inspired pipe routing and optimum diameters to enable the Gen 4 to literally unleash horsepower without restrictions.

Sporting the same classic 80mm tips as Gen 3, everything else about Gen 4 is new. It’s lighter, stronger and more robust – with a distinct sound unique to the generation.

Does it work? You bet it does. Performance gains of 5-7 peak rear WHP can be expected. Is it really that free-flowing? Comparison dyno tests were run on an E46 M3 with no rear exhaust vs one with the Gen 4 system installed. Zero power loss was measured with the Gen 4 in place. Like we said, this thing is practically invisible!

But you can sure hear it. Just listen for the rich, low frequency tone at idle to moderate RPMs. And the distinct, robust sound at higher RPMs – validating Gen 4’s superb performance characteristics.
With its flush aerodynamic fit, high-polish finish and quad 80mm straight tips, this rig is considered by many enthusiasts to be the sleekest, most aggressive exhaust around. Installation is simple, utilizing all the stock mount points with no rear valance mod required.

A special reduced price is available so you can buy the system for $1,275. You can also browse on our store for Active Autowerke parts.

The Eibach Pro-System-Plus is a precisely balanced combination of sports springs, performance-dampers and stronger sway-bars designed and tuned to operate as a complete performance suspension package.

Pro-System-Plus kits are designed by a team of suspension engineers and ride control experts to offer the best-possible street performance, but without sacrificing ride quality. The Pro-System-Plus is a precisely balanced combination of sport springs, bumps-stops (secondary springs), dampers and anti-roll bars designed and tuned to operate as a complete performance suspension package.

With the Eibach Pro-System-Plus performance suspension installed, you can expect improved turn-in response, increased cornering speed and reduced body roll all while retaining excellent ride quality. Pro-System-Plus is the ultimate street performance suspension system - a must for any true driving enthusiast.

Leading magazines have confirmed the performance of the Pro-System-Plus after numerous road- and track-tests. Take your passion for driving to a whole new level in your BMW 3 Series with the Eibach Pro-System. Approx. Lowering of this kit is: Front 1.2 inch - Rear 1.0 inch.

One of the advantages of this kit is that Eibach has begun combining their most popular suspension products into a system that’s available at a discounted package price. Since most vehicles require disassembling their suspension to install new sport springs, selecting the Eibach Pro-Systems will help save on installation costs while you upgrade your vehicle’s suspension system.

ESS Normal Aspiration optimized ECU software is a result of 100’s of dyno runs and exact calibration of all parameters to allow maximum performance gains with improved drivability/fuel consumption and stock engine longevity.

here are some features of the Ecu Tuning software for the M5 :
-8400RPM limit (8500RPM optional)
-Removed top speed governor
-Reprogrammed torque management
-Reprogrammed throttle response
-Reprogrammed ignition, vanos and fuel parameters for optimum operation

The software is compatible with performance cat-back exhaust systems. Header software available upon request. Software available for both US and European specification cars.

Typical performance increase is +10hp and 10ft/lbs of torque with software alone. When you order this product, you will receive information on how to remove your ECU for shipment to a ESS reprogramming center near you.

ESS was founded 1995 in Aremark, Norway. The company started out with a yearly production of 30 SC systems, in 2004 total production passed 1000 SC systems making us the largest BMW supercharger system manufacturer in the world. From 2000 ESS started offering a constantly growing chip tuning selection for many european models based on our high expertise with Bosch and Siemes engine control systems. In 2002 ESS also started development of MB SC systems for certain top-end models and also matching accessories to a high power engine.

ESS have three goals to meet before any ESS engine related performance product is released for sale :
1. 60 hour computerized load dyno test, which simulates driving so hard that it is just not possible to drive this hard in real life.
2. ESS puts the development cars through a 50000 mile (80000km) long term test which involves track driving, high-speed Autobahn driving for extended periods, and normal everyday driving.
3. The car must have factory like or better driveability and smoothnes, and it must develop the extra power in a smooth and perfectly balanced manner.

Only after meeting these 3 goals with 100% success, and only then, the product is released for sale. And What Separates ESS From The Competition:

-Standard 2 year/unlimited mileage warranty on all street supercharging systems.
-Excellent technical support from trained, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic personnel.
-True OEM quality fit and finish, and designed to fit under the factory hood without any fabricating.
-Designed for maximum performance at safe boost levels on stock unmodified engines.
-OBD-II computer compatible.
-Fast service and support.
-100% complete systems, even down to the wire ties, making installation and ownership easy and trouble free.

M-Technik pack factory fitted, or prefer an exciting body kit from AC Schnitzer? Why not both! Because after the spectacular bodywork components of the 1-series coupé and cabrio, chief designer Michele Viandante of the Aachen-based BMW tuner has developed a “stunning” update for the M-Technik version in every detail.

With sophisticated AC Schnitzer attachments for the front and rear skirt, this sets the final accents in sporting style. The front part, almost totally vertical as standard, is enhanced by extensions which protrude forwards like a spoiler edge. Viandante has managed to retain the impressive beefiness of the 1-series, and at the same time create a far more dynamic note. A further design feature are the greatly enlarged side air intakes on the front spoiler. This gives the car a greedier, more competitive look. At the same time, the chromed webs give an air of elegance and luxury.

The fact that the 1-series not only looks extremely quick, but also is extremely quick, is proven by the AC Schnitzer performance upgrades. The spearhead is the 135i which rises from 225 kW/306 HP to 265 kW/360 HP. The diesel power plants also have a lot of reserves. The 120d increases from 130 kW/177 HP to an impressive 154 kW/210 HP. The 123d, normally good for 150kW/204 HP, now develops 177 kW/240 HP. Fast acceleration, and most other road-users are already far behind the BMW. And here too there are also clear differences to be found from the normal AC Schnitzer bodykit. Instead of a rear skirt attachment, the M-Technik variant has a far larger and more dominant bumper insert. Extending far in the direction of the boot lid, with long ribs in the style of a diffusor, this lends a very racy look when combined with the chromed AC Schnitzer exhaust tailpipe in “Racing Design“.

AC Schnitzer alloy wheels, here in the filigree sporting design Type IV “BiColor“ in 19″, complete the model athlete. And the power lies “in the legs“ – suspension development is one of the core competences of the tuner, founded in 1987. Depending on personal preference, the customer has a choice of a suspension spring kit, sports or race suspension. All components have been set up on the Nürburgring by racing driver Manfred Wollgarten, Engineering Director. Which doesn’t mean that the 1-series by AC Schnitzer isn’t any fun for a gentle cruise along the boulevards.

The sun shines, the wind’s in your hair and the engine note in your ears: almost no other vehicle on the road evokes such untrammelled emotions as the BMW M3 Cabriolet.

Especially when the road leads via AC Schnitzer in Aachen. The 309 kW / 420 HP V8 engine is (as yet) untouched, but in the end, extra sporting performance can be achieved in a different way, as suspension guru Manfred Wollgarten knows: “With our racing suspension set up on the North Loop, we’ve thoroughly mastered the physics of driving”.

The car is an out-and-out eyecatcher from the outside: with its new front skirt and strictly rectangular segments of the chromed grille insert, the vehicle has a strong, muscular look. The sporting presence is further underlined by the carbon spoiler lip with optional aluminium braces. The power dome on the bonnet hints at the powerful 4.0 litre V8. It is flanked by two AC Schnitzer Bonnet Vents, which emit a greedy intake howl during driving. At the sides, the open-air sports car shows its muscles in the form of flexibly moulded side skirts which emphasise the wheelarches.

The latter are perfectly filled by the 20″ Type V lightweight forged rims. Their slender spokes give a clear view of the 8-pot high performance braking system by AC Schnitzer which mercilessly reins in the thrust when required. A deceleration performance which the ACS3 rarely needs for cornering, where it behaves totally neutrally.

A carbon rear diffuser helps the vehicle hunker down to the asphalt. The perfect driving experience is rounded off by the acoustic qualities of the powerful vehicle, provided by the AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer with chromed tailpipes in “Racing“ design. The sonorous note of the cabrio is heard at its best in narrow road tunnels. If only the sun would shine a bit more often there!

And naturally AC Schnitzer maintains the motorsport atmosphere in the driver’s workplace, with attractive and ergonomically designed aluminium elements for the gear knob and handbrake handle, pedals and i-Drive controller. A carbon interior trim and sports airbag steering wheels are available on request, together with velours mats.
