Kelleners Sport now offers a comprehensive range of accessories for the current BMW 5 Series Touring (F11). The elegant aerodynamic parts provide the 5 Series Touring with an even sportier look and serve to remind us of the origin of the blue-and-white brand. A wide range of performance kits is available for both petrol and diesel engines providing a performance increase of approx. 20 percent. So for the 535d, think 376 hp instead of 313 hp, with the maximum torque reaching a lofty 756 Nm instead of the regular 630 Nm. The 550i reaches an impressive 490 hp (standard 407 hp), and after installation of the performance kit the car reaches 720 Nm instead of 600 Nm.</p>
<p>The front receives a welcome upgrade with the three-part grill insert made of polished stainless steel, and the  dynamic shape of the F11 is emphasised by the front spoiler lip MS, side  skirts and rear diffuser which completes the aerodynamic package for the 5 Series Touring. The Kelleners Sport exhaust system with its four round 90 millimetre stainless steel tail pipes produces just the right kind of growling sound, and also makes for a much sportier appearance. </p>

<p>BMW enthusiasts already discovered Kelleners Sport as the perfect choice when it comes to replacing their standard wheels. For the new 5 series Touring Kelleners designs Hamburg and Berlin  are available in dimensions 8,5x19 and 9,5x19 inch as well as 9x20 and 10x20 inch. Colour options for both designs include polished graphite silver, polished platinum silver and matt black.</p>
<p>To complete this offer, Kelleners Sport provides a set of sport springs which lower the vehicle by 30 mm.  These springs has been specially adapted for the 5 Series Touring and optimizes the handling significantly, especially reducing the body roll around fast corners. </p>

BILSTEIN, the hugely respected suspension manufacturer has released a finely engineered damper upgrade for the retro-tuner’s favourite; the BMW E30, in its many varied guises.</p>
<p>The E30 version of the BMW’s capable 3 series is considered by many to be one of the finest platforms for development, due to its light weight, neutral handling and wide range of tuneable engines . BILSTEIN’s B8 damper package helps to significantly enhance the dynamic abilities of the car, working in perfect harmony with either the OEM springs or better still, with any quality aftermarket offerings. The units are set to work particularly well with lowered and uprated spring packages and are available in a variety of fitments to suit the many power-plants available across the E30 range.</p>
<p>The BILSTEIN B8 range is designed for those looking for more damping capability, with improved handling and reduced squat and dive, without ruining everyday ride comfort. Using the very latest in BILSTEIN gas pressure technology and inverted monotube construction, each unit is hand finished in BILSTEIN’s German factory to surpass even the most stringent of OEM production standards.</p>
<p>The monotube BILSTEIN dampers in this kit draw heavily from the firm’s motorsport heritage and are vastly superior to the twin-tube design fitted by most manufacturers. After full dyno analysis, each kit application has been signed off by BILSTEIN test drivers and engineers at both the Nürburgring as well as the industry-leading Papenburg test facility – hence the reason that the BILSTEIN B8 kit offers such a peerless ride and handling balance.</p>
<p>Offering significantly greater service life than the standard part, the BILSTEIN B8 dampers also increase active safety through more efficient braking, better traction and improved handling.</p>

G-power presented a tuning kit for the E46 M3 which boosts its performance over the current V8 powered. Now the “old M3” is quicker than the “new M3”!</p>
<p>450 hp for the BMW M3 E46, that’s quite impressive. The G-POWER SK I „SPORTY DRIVE“ supercharger system provides the 3.2 l straight cylinder engine from the BMW M GmbH with the necessary boost to push the output from standard 343 hp/365 Nm to awesome 450 hp/460 Nm. 20 inch G-POWER “SILVERSTONE DIAMOND” alloy wheels with MICHELIN Pilot Sport tyres in the dimensions 245/30 ZR 20 and 285/25 ZR 20, G-POWER coil-over suspension, G-POWER braking system and a stainless steel sport rear muffler featuring the legendary G-POWER “DEEPTONE” technology complete the G-POWER package for the BMW M3 E46.</p>
<p>After getting the BMW E46 scene ecstatic with the 550 PS strong G-POWER M3 with integrated 5.0l M5 V10 engine, by the way the only one on the market, G-POWER launches another product for serious performance upgrade for the BMW M3 E46, that will fascinate the M- enthusiasts.  Being the leading manufacturer of aftermarket supercharger systems for BMW automobiles it is no surprise that G-POWER naturally relies on forced induction for its new product based on the premium superchargers from ASA.   </p>

<p>And the result is awesome! Despite the fact that G-POWER did not go for the expensive compression reducing forged pistons and even the exhaust system stays untouched, reliable 450 hp and 460 Nm of torque could be realized for the BMW M3 E46.</p>
<p>The secret behind this power explosion under the bonnet of the G-POWER M3 E46 is the large ASA T1-518 centrifugal supercharger. By the way, the ASA superchargers are being used in the ALPINA models B5S, B6S and B7 as well, just like the ALPINA B6 GT3 race car, in witch the chargers could state there impressive quality and reliability during several 24th hour race in the “Green Hell” of the Nürburgring! The exclusive use of components meeting OEM standards is one of the basic elements of the G-POWER philosophy and one of the secrets for the extraordinary quality, reliability and performance of the G-POWER products.</p>
<p>Of course a 107 hp additional power leave its marks at the performance figures. The figure from stand still to 200 km/h improves from standard 18,1 seconds to impressive 14,7 seconds. Not bad for a car that has been introduced almost 10 years ago and now is even quicker than the current 420 hp strong BMW M3 V8 with its 15,8 seconds.</p>
<p>Accompanying measures in regards of wheels, suspension, brakes and exhaust system complete the G-POWER program for the BMW M3 E46.</p>

The G-POWER SILVERSTONE alloy wheels have been exclusively designed for the current BMW models. Due to the successful combination of double spokes and the "concave design" typical of G-POWER they separate the BMW M3 E46 form the rest of the mass production. The G-POWER “diamond cut” provides for the fascinating dynamic appearance of the G-POWER SILVESTONE rim, in contrast to the silver-graphite coated rim body and the bolt applications of stainless steel. An additional feature of the G-POWER SILVERSTONE rim is its weight-optimised design that allows a low rim weight with the same stability, compared to other standard wheels. A perceptibly improved impression of convenience and a considerably increased agility accompany the minimisation of the unsprung mass: advantages of the G-POWER SILVERSTONE rim, which you can factually experience especially in combination with the low-profile tyres from MICHELIN in the dimension 245/30 ZR 20 and 285/25 ZR 20. Further improvement of the road handling is realized through the continuously height-adjustable G-POWER coil-over suspension RS with nine selectable settings each for bound and rebound.</p>
<p>Of course the negative acceleration is in the focus of G-POWER, as well. Even without output increase, the standard braking system may lose brake force when pushed to the limit, accompanied by a moving braking point, the so called fading effect.  The perfect cure against the fading effect is a G-POWER Braking System. With its up to six brake pistons and up to 370 mm brake disc diameter for the front axle and 342 mm for the rear axle, the G-POWER Braking System enables a substantially higher brake force than the standard braking system. At the same time, the heat generated due to the braking process can be dissipated more effectively. The G-POWER brake package is completed by brake pads with a larger pad area, higher friction rate as well as metal-coated brake lines. With this set-up, the G-POWER Braking System always provides maximum brake force and the braking point remains precise in any case.</p>

<p>Not included in the G-POWER SK I „SPORTY DRIVE“ supercharger system for the BMW E46 M3, but still worth a second thought, is the G-POWER sports rear muffler. This rear muffler is completely hand made out of stainless steel on the in- and outside and grants for a perfect fit thanks to OEM standard product quality. Though when you fire up the engine and the throaty G-POWER sound emerges the 4 x 76 mm end pipes of the G-POWER sports rear muffler, all those attributes are swept aside. The sound is strong in low revs and is getting more and more aggressive the higher you rev. With this setup the G-POWER sports rear muffler underlines perfectly the significantly increased power of the BMW M3 E46.  The patented G-POWER “DEEPTONE” technology is responsible for this extraordinary sound pattern.</p>

The high-performance and motorsport range of BMW parts from Gloucestershire based Forge Motorsport seems to be growing by the day – and the very latest part to be created by the firm’s time-served craftsmen is a beautifully fabricated intercooler for all 320D variants of the E46 BMW.</p>
<p>Having taking great care to analyse the fit and function of the OEM part, Forge’s talented team of designers has created this bespoke component that utilises all of the factory mounting and pick-up points, making for an easy and straight-forward installation. The design features CNC machined hose couplers, allowing the original hoses to plug straight in. </p>
<p>As well as ease of fit, the Forge 320D Intercooler also features a far more efficient core construction, with a larger surface area and greater volume. This has a high thermal efficiency and low resistance, which ensures minimum loss of boost pressure with maximum cooling.</p>
<p>As with all Forge products, this new part underwent extensive testing prior to sale. Numerous dyno runs were recorded in order to be able to prove the gains promised. Testing on a totally standard car revealed a marginal peak figure gain of 4 bhp, but importantly, this gain was present throughout the rev range. </p>

<p>For any car being used regularly on the motorway, driven hard for enjoyment or of course, being pressed into service as a towcar, this part makes a very prudent upgrade. </p>

<p>Performance mods come from G-Power’s compressor kit. The G-Power's supercharger kit ads more 100 HP to 520 HP (382 kW / 512 bhp). A sport exhaust system with 2 x 90 mm diameter tips aids engine breathing. </p>
<p>The look is completed with a set of one-piece forged 8.5 x 20 ADV.1 rims in 5.1 design at the front and 11x20s on the rear plus Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires sized 245/30R-20 and 295/20R-20 front to rear. Further improvements include a KW Inox Line III Variant coilover system in the suspension. </p>

The Sport model has EU highway approval and the new BMW M5 sport exhaust sounds mightily impressive. The racetrack model Race pushes the limits of sound even further. As is always the case with Eisenmann, the entire system is hand-crafted in high-quality, double-walled stainless steel. The design places great value on a streamlined appearance for your exhaust and the craftsmanship of your system made in Germany meets the high quality standards of Eisenmann. The rear muffler can be expanded with an optional center exhaust box to make it a complete system. </p>

The system will soon be available in Inconel alloy as well. Inconel has excellent characteristics such as heat resistance and a lower weight (about 30% lighter than the original system). That's why it's often used in Formula 1.  </p>
