For some 28 years now, the leading BMW and Mini customizer MK-Motorsport has worked together with Recaro, one of the world’s largest automobile seat and racing seat manufacturers. MK-Motorsport initiated and supported the production of the well-known “Pole Position” carbon sports seat. This ultra-lightweight seat is being marketed exclusively by MK-Motorsport.

Due to MK-Motorsport’s wealth of experience in carbon composites and the demand for ultra-lightweight seats officially approved for road usage, it was possible to develop the seat ready for series production in the shortest of time.

The seat is upholstered in black fabric. On request, MK-Motorsport will also supply the cover in all color combinations and leather variations imaginable.

The carbon seat is available for all vehicle models for which a matching seat console in the Recaro range exists.
